About Sophie
Sophie has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years and is hugely passionate about her work. She has a Mat Work Pilates Diploma Level 3 as well as a Pre and Post Natal Level 3 Qualification. Sophie is CIMSPA registered, has an enhanced DBS and is safeguarding trained. She loves teaching all levels of Pilates and has a special interest in post natal and beginners levels. Sophie knows first hand the benefits of Pilates and fully appreciates the importance after pregnancy, so alongside her private clients and general mixed classes, she created Mum & Baby group Pilates classes in 2016 - a relaxed space for mums to reclaim their bodies alongside their babies.

Sophie teaches private sessions in the comfort of her clients homes and currently outdoors, a General Pilates group class in the heart of Muswell Hill and runs four Mum and Baby Pilates classes in Crouch End and Muswell Hill and now offers Zoom Live and Recordings options. She teaches both men and women and has had some high profile private clients over the years. Sophie prides herself on being approachable, enthusiastic, professional and of course confidentiality is key with all clients.
The group classes are small to help students maximise their progression and perfect their movements under her close supervision.
