Join me for this luxury Pilates Retreat Day at Champneys Tring in Hertfordshire, just 45 minutes from North London, for a gorgeous day starting with our signature Pilates fusion class overlooking the beautiful gardens, followed by a 3 course healthy lunch and unlimited day access to the well renowned spa.
